Chandara Students Home is happy to welcome the 3rd promotion!

First of all, congratulations to all the 89 students from the 3rd promotion who got their Bac II! If this exam is their gateway to higher education, it is also the key to the doors of Chandara Students Home. During the 2nd week of January 2021, our freshly graduated students have taken up their quarters in Boeung Tompun's dorm, where they also got their integration session. The aim was to provide them all the information they needed for their new university life in Phnom Penh and to prepare them for it, and also to tell them about the rules and the community life in Chandara Students' Homes. What a change in a young adult's life!

On the agenda? Kind of the same as Promo 1 and 2 during last October, but with a little twist. Carole Ha, who joined the management team as an English teacher in november, made a Time's up game during her class: having fun while learning, a good way to practice English. Alexandra Bazin, who also joined the team recently as "Partnerships supervisor", facilitated a new workshop about "How to create a resume".  Some precious tips and explainations that will help our students to find the job they are willing to! But before this, their next step is to register to universities.

The integration week ended with a karaoke night - a kind of national sport in Cambodia - where the three promotions could hang out and sing all together. What a best way to start the community life all together and to welcome our dear 3rd promotion of students?
